Qur’an Hifz Course Levels - Summary
Our Qur’an Memorization program is divided into four structured levels, each designed to match your current ability and guide you toward your goal of memorizing the Qur’an with understanding and accuracy.
- Foundations Path: Begin with short Surahs, focusing on accurate pronunciation and basic Tajweed rules.
- Juz’ Amma Mastery: Memorize the 30th Juz with an emphasis on understanding meanings and applying Tajweed.
- Juz’ Tabarak Proficiency: Advance to the 29th Juz, enhancing memorization techniques and deepening comprehension.
- Customized-Full Qur’an Memorization: Aim to memorize the entire Qur’an, with personalized plans and regular assessments to track progress.

If you’re just starting out, this level is designed for you. We begin with short Surahs from Juz’ Amma (30th Juz) to help you develop focus, discipline, and the correct way to read and memorize.
Surahs and Skills Learned:
- Surahs from An-Nas to Al-Balad (last part of Juz’ Amma)
- Basics of Makharij, the correct Arabic letter pronunciation
- Simple Tajweed guidelines and stopping signals
- Interactive activities and games in online Quran classes.
- Weekly memorization schedule and revision strategies
- Creating habits of recall and focus for lifetime learning

None; Just the students need to have fully developed speech capabilities.

Juz’ Amma Path – Build Fluency and Flow
Weekly Time: 2–3 hoursEnrolled: 240+ students
The main focus for this level is completing the memorization of Juz’ Amma (30th Juz) while refining your fluency and strengthening your Tajweed foundation.
Surahs and Skills Learned:
- Surahs from Al-Balad to An-Naba (remainder of Juz’ Amma)
- Revision on Surahs from An-Nas to Al-Balad
- Understanding of Tajweed essentials like Madd, Ghunna, Qalqalah, Idgham, and Ikhfa
- Memorization practice through repetition, visualization, and guided correction
- Exercises to boost verse arrangement, recitation flow, and meaning retention
- Vocabulary development and deeper understanding of Qur’anic themes
- Listening exercises to distinguish correct from incorrect recitations
Requirements
Completion of at least 5–7 Surahs and ability to read directly from the Mushaf.
Juz’ Tabarak Proficiency – Expand and Strengthen
This level focuses on mastery of Juz’ Tabarak (29th Juz), sharpening memory skills, applying Tajweed principles, and building long-term retention strategies.

- Full memorization of Juz’ Tabarak (from Surah Al-Mulk to Al-Mursalat)

Full Hifz Path – Complete the Qur’an with Excellence
This is the advanced level for serious learners who are determined to memorize the entire Qur’an or large portions of it. The focus is on retention, mastery of Tajweed and recitation, and, if desired, preparation for Ijazah rather than only memorization.
Surahs and Skills Learned:
- Memorization of the entire Qur’an custom weekly plans
- A daily goal-setting page that can be modified according to capacity and pace
- Mushaf reading exercises to improve fluency along with speed in unseen verses
- Advanced Tajweed training and improvement through recitation coaching
- 500+ listening exercises to improve pronunciation and spot mistakes
- Deep reflection: meanings, reasons for revelation, and real-life application
- Preparation for the Ijazah certification and Sanad chain qualifying exams is optional.

Of course! NoorPath believes that learning should be adaptable and tailored to your personal development. You can simply switch if you start in one track—such as Qur’an Reading—then later choose to study the Arabic language or Islamic teachings.
